REACH For Wellness wants to help you Feel Better and Look Better

After ten years, REACH For Wellness is still helping families in Fulton County take control of their cardiovascular health. More than 50,000 residents have taken advantage of the programs and services.
REACH For Wellness provides FREE aerobics classes, cooking classes and empowerment groups throughout Fulton County.
The Healthier Me Session combines massages, stress management techniques and instructional meditation.
Programs are held at churches, barbershops, beauty salons, community centers, housing complexes and even libraries. All programs are free!
If you would like to start a REACH For Wellness program in your area, we require that there be a minimum of 15 participants to get started.
